Draft pending legal review — not yet in effect.
Effective date: [effective date — to be confirmed]
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service of TREDIA, operated by [legal entity — to be confirmed]. It exists to protect the Service, our data providers and other users. It applies to https://tredia.tech and https://app.tredia.tech.
1. Personal use
A TREDIA subscription is for one person’s own use. You may use the Service to research markets, track your own investments and learn. You may share occasional screenshots or brief excerpts for non-commercial commentary, with attribution to TREDIA, provided you do not reproduce substantial parts of the data and you respect any additional restrictions of the data provider shown in the Service.
2. Accounts and sessions
- One account per person. Accounts may not be held by companies or groups, except under a plan expressly designed for teams.
- Do not share your credentials or your account with anyone, including family members and colleagues.
- Simultaneous sessions are limited according to your plan. Sessions beyond the limit may be closed automatically.
- Do not create accounts with false information, impersonate others, or open new accounts to get around a suspension or to reuse a trial, a refund or a promotion.
3. Data and content
You may not:
- Scrape or extract data or content from the Site or the Service by robots, spiders, scripts, browser extensions or any other automated means, or access the Service through interfaces other than those we provide;
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or make available to third parties any data, prices, scores, signals, charts or other content from the Service, whether free or paid;
- use data from the Service to build, feed or train a competing product, a database, a dataset or an artificial intelligence model;
- remove or alter source attributions, timestamps, trademark notices or disclaimers; or
- present TREDIA content as your own or as investment advice to third parties.
4. Security and integrity
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to obtain the source code of the Service, except to the extent the law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or bypass its authentication, session limits, rate limits, plan restrictions or other security measures;
- interfere with or overload the Service, including by sending excessive requests or carrying out denial-of-service attacks; or
- upload or transmit malware or any harmful code.
If you find a security vulnerability, report it to hello@tredia.tech and do not exploit or disclose it before we have fixed it. We will not take action against good-faith reports that follow this rule.
5. Lawful and respectful use
You may not use TREDIA to:
- break any law, including securities laws (for example, market manipulation, “pump and dump” schemes or the use or spread of inside information);
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties;
- harass, threaten or deceive others; or
- if the AI assistant is enabled, try to make it produce illegal content, manipulate it to bypass its limits, or use it in violation of the AI provider’s usage policies.
6. Consequences
If we reasonably believe you have broken this policy, we may, depending on the seriousness and repetition of the breach and without prejudice to other rights:
- send you a warning;
- close active sessions, apply rate limits or restrict features;
- suspend your account temporarily;
- terminate your account, without a refund except where the law requires one; and
- take legal action, claim damages and report conduct to the competent authorities or data providers.
Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you the reason and give you a chance to respond. In serious cases, such as security attacks, scraping or reselling data, we may act immediately.
7. Reports and contact
To report abuse, or to ask whether a use is allowed, write to hello@tredia.tech.
