How breadth is computed
TREDIA stores the daily counts — advancers, decliners, new highs and lows, names above each average — and computes every derived indicator with the formulas published in the view’s Method panel. During a live session the intraday reading is built from 15-minute-delayed snapshots and is marked as provisional.
Macro series come from public sources such as FRED, the U.S. Treasury, BLS and BEA, and are labeled with their release date — never with the date you happened to open the screen.
